Crawford River Riesling is a single vineyard wine grown in the estate vineyard. The vines reach down through ironstone topsoil into chalky limestone with fossilized seashells below.

The fruit is cool fermented to dryness in stainless steel tanks. Depending on the vintage, the wine may age on lees in tank for an extended period. At bottling the wine is sterile filtered, but not fined.

Pale straw green, Crawford River Riesling has pithy grapefruit flavours. Its hallmark mineral acidity delivers a long, even taste. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
